Career Up Tech Lab currently sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped. This page answers the most common questions about accessing and using your purchase.
How do I receive my download?
After your purchase is completed, Shopify provides access to the digital product through the store’s download-delivery process. Keep the email address used at checkout available in case you need to locate your order or download message.
What file type will I receive?
Most Career Up Tech Lab study guides and career resources are provided as PDF files. The exact file type and page count are listed on each product page.
Can I use the PDF on more than one device?
You may open your personal copy on compatible devices you use, such as a computer or tablet. The file is licensed for the purchaser’s personal educational use and may not be shared with other people.
Can I print the guide?
Yes, unless a product page states otherwise. You may print a copy for your own personal use. Print quality and page sizing can vary by printer and PDF viewer.
Can I share or resell the file?
No. Purchased files may not be copied, uploaded, redistributed, shared, or resold. If someone else would like a copy, please direct them to Career Up Tech Lab to purchase their own license.
What if I cannot find my download?
Check the email account used for the order, including spam or promotions folders. If you still cannot find the download information, contact Career Up Tech Lab and include the email address used for the purchase so we can help locate the order.
What is the refund policy for digital products?
Because digital products can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally final. If a file is defective or corrupted, contact us promptly so we can review the issue. The store’s Refund Policy contains the current terms.
Do these resources guarantee a certification, interview, or job?
No. Career Up Tech Lab resources are educational tools designed to help you understand material and prepare more effectively. They do not guarantee certification, employment, promotion, salary, or other professional results.
