Digital Products
All purchases of digital products, downloads, software licenses, online courses, and digital content are final and non-refundable. Because of the nature of digital goods, they cannot be returned or uninstalled once they are downloaded or accessed.
Exceptions to the Rule
We only grant refunds for digital products under exceptional circumstances:
The digital product is proven to be completely defective or corrupted upon download.
You must contact us within 3 days of your purchase to report a technical defect.
Decisions to grant a replacement file or a refund for technical defects are strictly at the discretion of Career Up.
